Your Perfect Day… And The Role That Optimal Health Plays In It

I recently heard someone talk about a great exercise. I forget who mentioned it, but here’s the deal… What you do is write down your perfect day would be like. I think that’s pretty darn cool and powerful at the same time. So what would your perfect day be like?
Would it be time spent on the beach relaxing? Would it be riding a hot air balloon over the African Safari? Would it be a fun day of camping with your family? Would it be a life dream of scaling a mountain or swimming with whales?
Now I want you to take this fun little exercise to the next level. Write out that perfect day as if you were living in optimal health in the body that you desire and deserve to have and full of energy and optimism. Read the rest of this entry »
