My mission of uniting people around the world to obliterate obesity can only be accomplished if you realize that you have the power to make a significant impact on the health of our world. You are capable of greatness. You are capable of leaving a legacy behind of which you helped millions of people lift themselves up from a life of excess weight, fatigue, and diminishing health, to the full rich, vibrant, and joyful life that they deserve. Today I encourage you to demand more from yourself. Here’s a great exercise for you to go through…

Obliterate Obesity Success Story - Dean Carlson

February 29th, 2008
· Filed Under: Obesity Obliterating Success Stories

Dean Carlson was kind enough to share his story of tragedy, challenges, adversity, and success. In my books, Dean belongs in the Obliterate Obesity Hall of Fame. Dean bounced back from a devastating blow to his family and took it upon himself to become the best that he could be. He discarded 80 pounds and shrank his waist line by one foot! But that’s not all. Dean has taken it upon himself to help others live the life that they deserve with optimal health. I guarantee that you will be touched by Dean’s story. Here’s what he wrote to me…

February 27th, 2008
· Filed Under: Views On Obesity

Oprah recommends the book titled, “Does This Clutter Make My Butt Look Fat?” A few weeks ago she invited the author Peter Walsh to the Oprah Winfrey Show. Belle River Weekly Obesity Walk

February 26th, 2008
· Filed Under: Obliterate Obesity Workouts

Angie and I are beginning a weekly walk to obliterate obesity in our hometown of Belle River, Ontario. It will be held at the Belle River High School track every Saturday from 10am to 11am beginning on March 8th. Holding a once a year walk to raise awareness for a cause is not enough. We feel that in order for our message to be felt at the level that it needs to be, holding a weekly walk is the best solution.

· Filed Under: Obliterate Obesity Nutrition · Podcasts

Do you believe that because diet soda has zero calories it’s a wiser option for you when you are trying to lose weight? Do you think that because diet soda has zero calories it won’t make you fat? Recent research would argue against that. In this week’s Great Fat Loss Debate we cover the topic of the link between diet soda and obesity…

I’d really love your input and suggestions for charities that help fight obesity and work towards improving health. As I’ve mentioned I am donating a portion of all sales of my products and sales from affiliate products to charities that you decide on. This is just one more way to make a positive impact on the health of people around the world and fulfill my destiny of obliterating obesity.
